Mo has over 28 years of experience working with many different individuals in a wide range of settings; teaching, mediating, and facilitating.
She has designed, set up, and facilitated many workshops in the areas of: Art, Creative Writing, and Improvisational Comedy for personal, professional development and team-building in corporate, educational and community settings. Her workshops have been commissioned by University College Dublin, the Health Service Executive, Ruhama, Common Purpose, and the Wooster Theatre Group.
Mo has 15 years experience working in the area of mental health and has faciltiated groups in self advocacy, assertiveness, stress management, creative thinking/writing, storytelling and improvisational comedy.
She has trained extensively in the areas of Improvisational Comedy and Theatre of the Opressed with people such as Keith Johnson and Julian Boal.
